All of our Fine Art Prints are printed using a Giclée process. This process allows for a wide color gamut to ensure that prints are as close to the original artwork as possible. As the brightness and resolution of each screen is different, there may be a slight variation in color in some cases.

All of our prints are able to be sized to custom dimensions. If you have a non-standard size frame you would like to fill, please contact us at hello@shopoliveandoak.com for more information. Digital Downloads are resized free of charge.

Please allow 5-7 business days for production, after which your print will ship. 

All of our Fine Art Prints are made to order. As processing begins at the time of order, we are unable to accept cancellations.

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75*, delivered to the Continental US and Canada. A flat rate of $6.95* will apply to orders under $75*. At this time we do not ship outside of North America.

Once an order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will be able to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Orders may ship with USPS, Canada Post or Purolator.

Delivery times vary based on location. Standard delivery is 9-12 business days but is subject to change without notice. Express delivery is 6-8 business days and is FREE on orders over $150*. We recommend choosing express delivery if time is of concern.

Delivery times are subject to change by USPS/Canada Post and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date unless an upgraded shipping option is selected at checkout. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of delayed delivery or customs delay.

LOST PACKAGES - In the rare case that a package is deemed lost by the shipping provider, a replacement package will be provided immediately and shipped with expedited shipping.

Digital Downloads are deemed as used upon delivery and as such are not eligible for returns or cancellations. If you are unsure of how to print your Digital Download, please contact us.

Fine Art Prints are printed to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We guarantee the quality of each and every order that ships out, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

On rare occasions, products may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, your product will be reprinted and shipped to you free of charge. Please contact us at hello@shopoliveandoak.com within 5 days of receipt of your order.
